Development preview. PDP’s final privacy policy must be approved before live enrollment opens.

Information used by the platform

PDP records account details, Organization membership, assigned training, assessment responses, completion records, check-ins, and resources. PIE submissions and CES messages may contain information about physical issues.

Who can see records

Learners can access their own records. Organization Owners can see their Organization’s training records, aggregate check-in results, and PIE operational status. Detailed PIE responses and CES conversations are restricted to the Learner and PDP Admin staff.

Account protection

PDP uses email verification, password-based sign-in, and required two-factor authentication for Admin accounts. Private account pages are not cached for offline use.
